Start your week off right with Mindfulness Mondays, a free 20-minute online meditation. Take some time to relax and center yourself before jumping into your busy week. Join me for some gentle mindfulness practices to clear and reset your mind for the week ahead.


Cancellation Policy

Please reach out at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to make any changes to your date/time in order to avoid a fee charge. Late cancellations will be subject to 50% charge unless another client can take over your slot. Exceptions may be made for sudden illness and emergencies.
