About Me.
I am a registered therapeutic counsellor (RTC) and expressive arts therapist with a background in performing arts and creative writing.

I work with concerns including eating disorders and body image issues, trauma integration, creativity and self-expression, and identity exploration.
I work on proactively building an anti-oppressive practice with intersectionality and cultural awareness at the core, and strive to create a safe, welcoming space where every aspect of our complex inner lives can come to light and be witnessed with compassionate curiosity.
I bring to my work tools from holistic practices including yoga philosophy, energetics, mindfulness-based approaches, arts-based explorations, and somatic awareness as tools of self-study.
